For independent wellness professionals
Make your next business step a clear one.
Personal business and AI mentoring to help you shape a useful offer, simplify the work behind it, and find out what is actually helping.
You care about the people you serve. Yet decisions about your website, marketing, technology, and next project can take up more space than the work you love. We choose one priority, work through it together, and review the results.
Work directly with Dr. Christine. Calls are arranged individually, with practical work and email collaboration between sessions.
Where are you starting?
Your business should fit the life you want to live.
For independent health and wellness coaches, wellness educators, and practitioners developing or running a small service business.
01 · A new chapter
You are finding your direction.
You bring professional and life experience. Now you want to explore a service, shape an offer, or decide what your website needs to do.
02 · Plenty of effort
You want to know what is working.
You have tried courses, coaching, content, or different tools. Let’s examine what happened and choose a manageable next test.
03 · Too many moving parts
You need a simpler way to work.
Email, projects, subscriptions, scheduling, and AI can compete for your attention. We can simplify one recurring part of your business.
A practical working relationship
Choose. Complete. Test. Review.
We begin by defining what you want to be different. That might be a clearer offer, an easier booking process, lower software costs, or more time for meaningful work.
Then we agree on a small piece of work, the time and budget available, and how we will assess its usefulness.
- Choose a priority: identify the problem that matters now.
- Complete the agreed work: create, improve, or simplify something you can use.
- Try it in practice: put the offer, message, or process to work.
- Review the evidence: decide what to continue, adjust, or set aside.
Creative satisfaction belongs in a good working life. We make room for it while being clear about which activities are also intended to produce income, save time, or reduce costs.
One agreed priority at a time
What we could work on
Make your offer understandable
Clarify whom you help, what the service includes, its price, and how someone can take the next step. Plan a small test with suitable prospective clients.
Give a page a clear purpose
Improve the message and next step on one existing page. Help visitors understand whether your service fits what they are looking for.
Reduce everyday friction
Simplify one email, booking, project, or planning routine. Compare tools and their costs, and document a process you can keep using.
Use AI with purpose
Build one repeatable way to use AI for your business work, with clear instructions and human review. Start with the tools you already have.
Event planning, service invitations, and deciding what to delegate can also be suitable priorities. We agree on the specific deliverable before starting.

Your mentor
Work directly with Dr. Christine Sauer.
I’m a German-trained physician, now retired from clinical practice, an educator, author, and independent business owner.
I know the appeal of a new idea—and the difficulty of choosing where to put your energy. My work with websites, writing, teaching, and AI has made me appreciate simple systems, clear decisions, and a realistic next step.
I bring that experience to a practical working relationship. We consider your goals, resources, and preferences, then agree on work that fits.
You work directly with me for all three services. Occasionally, I may invite a collaborator to support a separately arranged group event or video project. We would discuss their role with you first.
Before we begin
A few useful questions
No. We start with your actual task and your comfort level. AI is useful when it makes the agreed work easier. You can also bring a business or technology problem that does not require AI.
A complete website, a major redesign, or a complex integration requires its own assessment and written quote. A focused project may cover the message or a manageable improvement on one existing page, if it fits the agreed scope.
Calls are booked individually through TidyCal. We agree on the project timetable at the start. Routine email replies are normally provided within two business days; this is scheduled project support rather than on-call technical support.
All work on your engagement: calls, reviewing material, preparation, writing, technical work, revisions, email correspondence, and reporting. We agree on a deliverable that fits the allowance. If the work needs to expand, we discuss a revised scope or separate quote first.
Share the relevant business material, make decisions, review the work, and try the agreed next step. For an offer test, you will need to put it in front of suitable people and report what happens. If your availability changes, we revisit the timetable together.
No. The commitment is to the agreed work, honest guidance, and a useful review. Customer demand and financial results vary. A test may show that an idea needs to change, that a tool is unnecessary, or that an activity should be stopped.
These services cover your business, public communication, and work processes. We use business material and fictional examples for AI work. Identifiable patient or client records, clinical decision-making, and individualized health advice are outside the scope.
The three services are individual engagements with Dr. Christine. Any group workshop or video support is arranged separately. You use your own accounts for any software we agree is helpful; a separate AIWU software subscription is not required.
Bring the thing you keep getting stuck on.
We can begin with a conversation about what you want to change and whether I’m the right person to help.
